We will also run surveys with tenants who request a maintenance service to evaluate their satisfaction level and work to better the outcomes if needed.

Our company will additionally preserve all maintenance documents, supervise contracts to ensure compliance, and will furthermore report back to you with all results so you can stay up to date on the condition of your properties and the tenants.
